We captured requirements and investigated options for new content management, materials management and workflow systems for an IPTV platform which is planned to have a large through-put of content. Automatic ingest of schedules, assets and products is an important capability in this sort of scenario.

We worked with a cable operator to capture their requirements, including the business, system integration and other technical requirements to define a project to deliver a new PVR.

Helped to re-define their requirements for their retail arm’s ongoing customer service needs, and helped change the in-house services and also renegotiate contracts to change outsourced operations and bring bring some back in-house.
- Review and Redesign of customer service propositions for IPTV supplier.
We helped an IPTV supplier in a mature market to systemically quantify the end to end customer journey, and the probabilities of customer attraction and defection at successive “moments of truth” in the journey. this allowed them to define where their spend was best placed
